Bandar Rimbayu is IJM Land’s premier township near Kota Kemuning in Shah Alam. The township aspires to be a vibrant, inclusive community that is close to nature, yet highly connected via Kesas, LKSA, SKVE and Elite.
In the first phase of this partnership, IJM Land will offer their “Periwinkle” semi-detached cluster homes for sale with the option to include one of three fully-furnished interior design packages. These packages have been designed by interior designers from Recommend.my, one of Malaysia’s leading home improvement platforms.
The interior design packages come in three themes for home buyers to choose from: Contemporary, Scandinavian, and Minimalist. All packages can be mixed and matched to suit individual buyers’ tastes.
Each designer package includes renovations such as plaster ceiling and painting, installation of kitchen cabinets, sink, cooker hob and hood, and countertop, wardrobes and built-in TV console, as well as lights, aircond, and fans. Furniture, curtains and electrical appliances are also included to provide a hassle-free moving-in experience. All renovations and cabinets come with 36-months structural warranty.
As an added bonus, the package cost can also be included in the purchase price, as a way to reduce the upfront capital burden on homeowners. Recommend.my also provides project assurance in the form of damage, theft and public liability insurance for the duration of the project. After the project has completed, residents can also use Recommend.my to find home services such as movers, cleaners, aircon servicing, sofa cleaning and more.
