Selangor, Malaysia – Recommend.my, the premier platform for connecting homeowners with trusted home service professionals, is thrilled to announce a partnership with AEON, one of Malaysia’s largest and most respected retail chains.

Customers shopping at AEON can now seamlessly schedule and pay for installation services when purchasing AEON products. For instance, when buying a new air-conditioner at AEON, customers can conveniently book and pay for air conditioning installation services. Recommend.my will dispatch one of its 10,000 verified service professionals to conduct the installation at the scheduled time, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

The initial suite of home services available at AEON includes installation for air conditioners, water heaters, ceiling fans and wall fans, as well as TV mounting. Beyond installations, Recommend.my continues to offer essential home services such as house cleaning, mattress cleaning, air conditioner servicing, and appliance repairs, covering items such as TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines.

AEON was formerly known as Jaya Jusco since arriving in Malaysia in 1984. Since then, it has grown to become a household name across Malaysia. This partnership marks a significant step towards creating an end-to-end shopping journey, from product purchase to delivery, installation, and ongoing servicing.

Service prices are kept affordable and customers can pay for it up front during checkout at AEON stores. As the item is delivered, a Recommend.my installation technician will be assigned to the job, who will contact the customer to confirm appointment. In the near future, more services will be introduced to further enrich the customer experience, such as kitchen hood and hob installation.

This partnership reinforces Recommend.my’s vision of becoming the foremost “engine” for on-demand home services within the retail sector. The company has previously established successful collaborations, including a partnership with IKEA Malaysia to provide light and electrical installation services, as well as a partnership with Courts Malaysia to provide installation services.

The Recommend.my and AEON partnership is now live and available at all 34 AEON retail stores and 28 AEON malls across Malaysia.
