We’ve seen some weird cakes before, but this one takes the cake.
Mark Herman resigned from his post at a radio station. But instead of printing a resignation letter on normal paper, he printed it on a customised cake.
And if that wasn’t enough, this is what he wrote as the opening statement:
“Please accept this cake as formal (and delicious) notice of my resignation from the position of Newscast Director at KOLD News 13.”
Then, he put the photo on Reddit, and the Internet has been having fun with it, with comments such as:
“That’s gonna mess up the filing cabinet”
“I’d be a little wary of eating a resignation cake”
“Desserter!” (ok that last one is mine)
You have to admit, it’s a nice way of resigning without burning any bridges.
