29 Design is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice established in 2005 by Amanda SC Teh & Stephanie Maignan.

Since being founded in 2005, we have been focused on developing an extensive portfolio of bespoke modern residential projects. With every project, we seek to bring solutions that embody simplicity, and clean, uncluttered, modern lines.

We believe in designing small projects with big ideas. Our objective is to maximize the use of local materials, detailed in innovative ways. We are committed to sustainable and lasting solutions, and creating comfortable, naturally cooled spaces.

We are passionate about design. We see each project as a unique response to site conditions, the Client’s project brief, and the local context. Together with our dedicated team, we constantly search for opportunities for invention, and strive to turn a fresh eye to each project.
