Sir, you booked a basic service but you were asking for washing aircon parts with pump. This cannot be fulfilled in basic service. Sorry for inconvenience.

Their staff were thorough and did a great job. They also explained to us of what is needed to resolve the technical issues with our air condition and that was very useful. They did explain to us of why they could not arrive on time. Overall, I'd recommend their service.
