INCOMPLETE JOB AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO INSTALL. What a joke!
Benjamin:
Job is to replace the old fittings. All the 3 WC same. All the fittings same. Out of 3, can do 2 but 3rd one still leaking from the fitting plug. Obviously it is damaged by the workers. They need to buy new fitting.
Cool Engineering:
My team is still there..we are expecting you'll be there too.. Sorry sir..we already did what we can do.. but we are not able to come again..you just have to pay the 2 already fixed and the 3rd one we cannot do.. don't pay..you can ask someone else to do for you.
PLEASE RELEASE ONLY 2/3 OF THE PAYMENT TO THEM AS PER THE BUYERS PROTECTION GUARANTEE.

First of all still thank you for doing business with us.. Just for the sake of my company, we've been servicing lots of costumers and never happened even one complain on our services. With all your due respect Mr.Benjamin from the first day we went to your house,after we dismantle old tank flush, we informed you that the new ones you bought were not exact size we needed but you insist on using it, we modified them for you and informed you that we will be coming back next day to install but you said you were only available weekend so we waited for another week to come back and Install nd all are properly installed as well as the 3 vslves..Since you are only available weekend. You again called and said one of the WC is leaking and since you are not available weekend we have to come back again after a week. When my team reached at your house your not there again.we explained you through phone that it wasn't the WC Leakage but just an extra water from the tank that leaks, we even removed the flush tank to prove that it wasn't the pump issue and sent you a video but you don't want to accept our explanation and do then I just decided not to ask for a payment for the one you were complaining and just the 5 we installed because we've been coming back to your house trice but you seemed not to accept the fact that it is not our fault,and as a Matter of fact we did our best to do the service. Even we went 3 times and didn't charge you , unfortunately we still not make you satisfied. Anw,thank you so much still sir, I hope someone will make you satisfied without charging you much,..God bless you.

The Technicians are friendly, one of them gave recommendations and solutions to my problems. If all goes well, i will call them up to service other aircon units in the next 3 to 4 months time. They kept everything clean and tidy after servicing my aircons.

They helped me hang a few pictures and fixed my water damaged floors. The workmen were punctual and polite. It was a breeze all the way from booking, arranging the timing and completion.

I requested for a Chemical clean. The team was friendly. They cleaned up after their work. Their boss is also accommodating and was helpful. Would recommend them for the next service seeing the price is right and the work is good.
