Recommend.my indicated a price of rm240. The final price was rm420.
After assessing the AC units the final price was not informed to me.

Good day Mr.Lars, first of all we would like to thank you for trusting and doing business with us. Secondly, in behalf of recommend.my I just want to make clear about the bill we charged.Rm240 was quoted because you requested for 3 units general /troubleshoot . While our phone conversation,I informed you that after checking and you wanted to proceed to chemical cleaning which is Rm120 per unit. I also told you that when my team did the troubleshoot, they will advise you which service you need for your AC since you mentioned that your AC is not cooling. My team told you that it needs to do chemical cleaning and you told them to proceed. We did top up gas 50psi which is Rm100 but we charge you Rm60. I hope I make it clear with you Sir.. Again thank you so much. We are glad we served you. Have a nice day

I was not happy with the result. They do not seem to have a clear policy about what to charge customers for checking problem, and fixing it. Labour charges and check-up charges are unclear, and I feel they have over charged me by at least a 150 MYR (out of the total 300 MYR they took).

Good afternoon Sir,we are sorry for the misunderstanding happened. As per our WhatsApp conversation, We both agreed on RM80 discounted troubleshoot charge on 2 items.But when my team reached at your place, you've asked them of 4 troubleshoot which is supposed to be RM 240 but we charge you RM160. My team fixed those 4 repairings,supply and replaced pipes which we have to charge too..If you think we over charge..We apologize. Have a nice day and God bless
