Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling needs to be made at least 24 hours prior to the cleaning appointment time. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of the cleaning price.

If our cleaners arrive more than an hour late, we will give you a 50% discount.
