1. Clearly has no skill nor knowledge about TV mount installation. How a company could take on the job request is baffling. At once they were about to call someone else to advice.
2. Arrival timing is confusing, booked at 10am slot, requested "by 9am" only the night before, and never reply message when checking whereabout at 9.30am.
3. If non professional, please do not offer to come and check first, and later ask to pay for the visit.
Do NOT recommend at all!
