Mr imran and his assistant was very helpful in giving advise during diagnosis. He could also quickly point out issues that could we have been dealing with but ignored over the years.
His team was kind enough to find quick and easy diy solutions for temporary fix since our A.C. unit is too old to find spare parts. It is almost like working with a family member who is genuinely trying to help solve a situation. Truly you could tell his advise comes from a place of kindness.
They also check for consent from your end so you know what you are signing up for. Though I should checked on the total price (no complaints on price since the AC has never been service over the years)
