The first quote these guys tried to quote me on top of the 1.0HP aircond service fee worth RM280 is around RM1K (RM700 additional through copper/wiring/conduit cover etc) which obviously I said no to.

By right a professional service provider propose/suggest a solution not squeeze more money from the customer.

Another thing is, they mention differently in their chat via Recommend and their private chat with you. Here they mention free copper is 10ft but privately they mention only 5ft is provided. I don't want to argue much as they know where I live and everything so I just proceeded with those quoted in the private chat. Their people even tried to ask me additional RM20 for transportation which is not mentioned at all earlier.

There was some miscommunication this the service time was delayed much later

Happy with the service... they cleaned the panel and compressor thoroughly and friendly and nice attitude... will go back to them for next time.. Recommended

Real professional in their job. Done very well servicing my aircond. My neighbor see and request to service them on the spot too. Full knowledgeable on aircond system. Also leaves some tips to use aircond more efficiently. Price is reasonable affordable.
