Good things about this Contractor :
1) Communicate very well & always reconfirm customer's issues faced with the existing airconds before coming in to service.
2) Reasonably neat & clean work.
3) Resolved professionally all noises with the existing indoor unit of 1HP Panasonic inverter aircond

Areas for improvement :
4) Committed to better time management - as in they should come without delay or less than 15mins delay. Customer has to give warning for delaying >1hr to be treated as absence; hence cancellation of their job. This delay would cause inconvenience to Customer needed to re-apply job permit with Condo's strict JMB.
5) Total costs of performing chemical cleaning of 3 split units airconds was charged at approx. MYR175/unit. I could get slightly cheaper at RM150/unit if calling other contractors directly.
