General tardiness and lack of responsibility. Job completed and Machine returned missing Lint Filter. Photo from vendor himself shows filter in the unit before leaving premises, however refused to acknowledge fault. No comms since.

Price quoted was RM80. Price paid was RM280.
Technician was very pushy to divert payment to him directly instead of through the app leaving me with issues that are still not resolved more than a month later.

I asked for the fridge seals to be cleaned and fixed. They said they would do it, but then re-gased the fridge and cleaned the motor area instead. I asked again for the mould in the fridge seals to be cleaned and they complained that it was not a good idea so I reminded them that it was what I called them for. They removed the seals unhappily and then half-cleaned them. I showed them the black mould was still there so I had to ask them a 3rd time to clean the seals. They did a better job the 3rd time, but I still needed to finish the job when they left. They pressured me to pay directly to their account because it was a Saturday and they needed money urgently. I put a screenshot of the transfer on the chat as proof of payment but they have not acknowledged it yet and left without giving me a receipt. They have proof of payment but they are still asking for more money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
