They always ask for my approval, which is very good. There is always room for improvement but overall I'm satisfied.

Generally the moved out cleaning process was smooth and the place was cleaned up nicely. They are responsive to my enquiries and the workers are helpful and friendly.

My 2nd time with this company. Very efficient and thorough with dusting and mopping. They actually finished before time. But this time they did not clean the outside of the windows although it is accessible.

1. they are no on time, my appointment at 11am / 1130am, but they arrived at 1142am.
2. i request 4 hours move in cleaning service, they provide 2 maid 2 hours service without notice.
3. i request for vaccum, mop, and all the tools, but they dont even have broom, vaccum broke, wasting time for buy broom, test the broked vaccum, cause jump electric in my house.
4. the maid dont even know what to do, i need to remind them, clean the water mark, and clean those spider web.
