Alison’s catering is built upon a simple ideology that the
act of cooking is love itself – to be served with honesty & abundance. All our dishes has no artificial flavorings, no MSG & no preservatives.
The main chefs - Alicia & Derson:
Alicia started cooking at the age of 16 when she left home to study in Melbourne - by hosting dinners & packing lunchboxes for friends. She achieved professional certifications in basic pastry & French culinary. Her signatures are in soup & Italian Spaghetti.
Derson started cooking at the age of 5 as his mum’s assistant chef. 25 yrs later, he had traveled & lived away from home in Taiwan, china & KL but he never put away the cooking skills he inherited from his mum & his love of being in the kitchen – hosting countless meals for his loved ones & conducting free cooking classes. His signature dishes are local home meals such as meatballs, satays & Taiwanese Lu Rou Fan.
For event catering & planning, we will take 50% deposit upon order confirmation & the remaining 50% will be due after the service.
