On time service, fast and helpful staff. Recommended contractor.
Arrived on time. Communication was abit of an issue but we got there in the end. Sink was fix properly and no other issue came up.
Did not pinpoint the source of the accurately the first time and charged a bomb. I had to get another plumber to settle the problem, which is an additional expense.
I've asked for quotation they replied me rm320, and when Yahya reached he fixed and asked me to add more rm60 cash because there is a leaking in toilet bowl which i thought the price quoted should be in the same package with "rm320" but i was okay to it. And then i asked him to check the other toilet he asked another rm150 cash to replace the leaking shower pipe. So cash rm210, and rm320 paid to recommend. This was my first time using the apps so i didn't know the process and after awhile i've called out a lot of contractors to come fix the toilet (but another apartment unit) , wiring all, home improvement works and i can confirm that the price quoted from yahya is a sc4m. Why was it so expensive and i should have request a new job in the apps instead of asking him directly. Anyway, he also quoted me rm560 to install ceiling lamp which the wire and cable is already exist ada ke patut gaisss i felt i've been bullied by this Pakistani guy dah la cakap english pun susah cakap melayu pun susah .
Fast responses on the problem highlighted and giving solution. Slightly late on the promised time but not too late, fast service and friendly communication.
