They tried to scam me by charging over the price. When I already set the budget to not go over RM 199, they said I need to pay them RM 350 for the minor work. When I asked for a breakdown on how it comes to the price they refused to provide and asked me to pay first. They couldn’t even speak/understand English or Malay. I ont know how these type of Bangladeshi contractor can be in this recommend app! It took me a while to get them out of the house which endangered me and my son.

Fast responses on the problem highlighted and giving solution. Slightly late on the promised time but not too late, fast service and friendly communication. Services charges is on the high side as the product cost purchase from hardware shop is rm40 but total charges is rm350. Only transport and service charges is rm310, not satisfied on this. Will see the repaired toilet can stay in good condition for how long. Hopefully all good.
