I'm glad that we do not encounter a common issue when it comes to renovation-'over budget'. Ark Studio fited my budget perfectly, I get what I expected. Additionally, the interior designer did a great job by always keep me updated and take initiative to contact me. It saved my time on communication or getting the right person. I'm happy that we're well informed of the progress and stages.
