The technician should be punctual, or else there is no meaning for scheduling an appointment. The service however is good.

Everything is good, but they didn't follow up on my request after service, I prefer to get an answer even the spare part is not found.

The service is very good, but i prefer to cashless transaction in the whole process.

Not very good, only one worker sent, don't feel like the aircon is cleaned properly.

First time the technician looks like foreigner, after the service the aircon is not getting better, but second time the technician is on time and nice.
