Our technician in charge is more than happy to assist if you need clarification and further assistance. We follow a service procedure and checklist that ensures all parts in the indoor and outdoor units are checked and cleaned and function at optimal level. Assignment of technician(s) depends on the demand of the workload and completion timeframe: maximum 1.5 hour for regular service of 2 units if no repair needed. 2 hours for 3 units.
