They came on time. Was very helpful in suggesting items to be changed in 1 of 4 aircond serviced. Very neat job. Aircond is cold and feels like in himalaya now. Good job guys. Will definitely use your service next time and reccomend to others

Contractor original intention
1. Apply the chemical (without rinse it clean water since the contractor claimed the condense water should do the work)
2. Inspect the gas
3. Job Complete
After few question asked, they will proceed with the works.
However still not satisfied with the work
1. Dirt post-work
2. Inadequate cleaning tools
3. Work only done if asked to do so.
4. Indoor is clean but not outdoor unit.
However appreciate the
1. politeness
2. communication.
3. punctuality
They can do the work, but I would prefer looking other contractors
Notes: To left the chemical without rinse with water is a dangerous bet - especially confine space without fresh air ventilation
