Arrived early did a thorough job, followed any instructions when given.

Auks team did a satisfactory job of cleaning our house, especially where we have many windows and sliding doors. Coordination with them for the job is also easy, overall good impression for our first use.

They were on time. Very helpful and friendly.

The team went beyond and helped me replace my bathroom tap and toilet seat for a reasonable fee. They were thorough and accommodating to our requests. Just note they do not bring ladder so need to prepare before hand if you have high places to reach. They also don’t bring a mop but will use clothe to clean your floor if you do not provide mops. All in all they were professional, on time and got the job done for me.

No vacuum and not well equipped

They sprayed down all my toilet including the cupboards with toilet rolls inside. I have to throw away all my toilet rolls. They used soaking wet wipes on my wooden furniture. The wet wipes pouch, they tore open the side rather than opening the flap. I will not recommend them to even my worst enemy! They arrive 45 mins late too!
