I hired 2 cleaners for 2 hours. Asked for 2 female cleaners but a male and a female came. They came late and did not inform that they were going to be late. They honked their car when they arrived. I felt that it was rude. They only told me they're cleaners when I asked who they were. I requested that 2 bathrooms and 3 fans are cleaned, and for the floors and stairs to be swept and mopped. Only 2 bathrooms and 2 fans were cleaned. Only kitchen floor was mopped. Cleaners made inappropriate remarks and asked personal questions. I felt awkward and uncomfortable. They kept on asking me to hire them for the entire day. They spent time going up and down, talking on the phone and just staring blankly while waiting for some chemical to soak in. I provided cleaning supplies but they still used theirs. The bathrooms are clean but i feel uncomfortable with how they behaved. Plus, the floor in the living room was not cleaned. I previously hired 1 female for 4 hours from another company and the entire house was spotless after she left. I tried to be positive this time but honestly I'm a little disappointed with their services.

Hi,miss before u complain about u s and my team u want I summit the entire house pictures and also the toilet situation me and my team giving u the best don't simply complain about cleaner if my boss asking about this I will summit the documents I m sorry miss

As I said, the bathrooms were clean after the cleaners left. However, the remarks made left me uncomfortable. Unfortunately I don't have that recorded. Anyway, thanks for coming. Let's learn from this and move on. Have a nice day.
