Electrician come over 1 day earlier than my expected date, Informed me about a burnt ECLB that caused the power tripped during lightning and they have replaced the part.

On time good attitude fast respond , just their foreign worker can not really communicate in Malay . Overall ok

Settled before plumber came, So I just cancelled booking. No comment.

I was recommended this company for some plumbing work. The two men who came in the evening and attempted to fix the problem without having the right tools or spares. When the leak could not be fixed they came again and brought new parts . The leak is bigger than before. Money paid and now they are not coming back to fix. Have been waiting for last three days and they promise to come in the evening. My assessment is that the guy is not a plumber. He might know some electrical work but definitely not plumbing. I wonder if i can get my money back. I will have to get another plumber to fix the leak.

This ppl called as PRO not accurate at all. Not knowing what job need to do or how to do. A simple plumbing job which buried in wall need to hacked and re patch again. Hacking only he quoted RM550 excluding patching job which is really ridiculous for not even a square foot of wall. Please do not recommend this company for future plumbing requests. I dont know how he got good rating with other users. MCO time charging like crazy.
