Just simple washing, not thoroughly wash. Do not worth the money.

They were quick at fixing and charges reasonably. However, be warned that they might not be punctual. In our experience, 1st day during diagnosis was good, they arrived relatively on time. 2nd day when they came back for fixing we waited for more than 2hrs, though they got inform us they will be late. It was no big issue for us since we were not going out that day but big nono if you are rushing or already have plans. Overall, good service, would recommend.

My airconds stopped cooling my rooms about a week ago. Just when the one-month "warranty" had lapsed. Fuck!

The office and technician did not communicate well so getting information was a bit of a tortuous process. Yes, the air con is fixed and working well but there was a problem with some copper piping that they cleaned. After their service and repairs, the air con was not working again, they came back and then said the copper pipe had a leak. There was a hassle over when the damage to the pipe occurred - before the cleaning (but not reported or repaired during the initial cleaning) or during the cleaning process itself.

Good service with reasonable price

The can improve on the timing, they are a bit late but forgivable. I have to praised their neat work and how quick they settle the job. The air conditioner is working well and cool. I would definitely recommend them and use their service again.
