a/c started to leak after 2 days. called them up to check on it, no response, no action taken. Poor service.

1) Appointment set at 10am in the morning arrive at about 11.30am, thats fine, I waited.
2) 2nd day. Appointment set at 9am, arrived at about 11.30 am again, thats still fine. I waited. Went out for lunch at about 2pm, and return at 7.30pm. Finish the job at about 10pm. I called several times from 3pm to 6pm, no messages no respond on the calls. This is what I called as unprofessional.
3) Dig several holes ( 8 holes) on my ceiling and said that their service does not include covering back the holes and brought a friend that provide such services at a cost. That's fine, I'm already freaking piss off.
4) Damage my ceiling light while installing the aircon and doesnt bother to get it fix back, that's a terrible service.
5) Water piping leaking and soak my partition, get someone else came over on the 3rd day to fix it. 4th day the pipe still leaking. I need to get it fix myself. So such a service you decide if you would like to use a provider as such.
6) I took up his services because the review of the aircon servicing was alright, but I think he can only provide an aircon servicing job. Installation, is a big NO NO for me. You guys decide.
Overall its a bad experience for me. Lesson well learnt.
1)yes we went 11pm I apologise for that 2)2nd day I didn't confirm time I say 12 am OK sir also agree before u came just inform me time so conform time 11.16 am I got conversation in what up and all air con no gas so I went buy gas because not enough but my vehicle over heat my phone also battery low I just charge infrom i will cameing that one also I got proof in whatsup 3)before do work I explant to u right sir also agree right 4)one Light also not broken just one Light just cover come down that one also I just fixing back if damage light why not charge me because not true that why 5)don't lie aging sir if leaking aging why not inform me and Sir supply all material we just charge working shep only and use old water paiping not we fix that paiping but 3rd day also I help to fix back because for customers happy 6)I don't have before like this customer and reviews I don't know why this customer angry with me because he try do cheap but his bajet over that why but really this customer get profit because he supply material no company will do like that job I got proof for every thing thanks
1)You did apologize for the first day and I accepted that. 2)You said on the first day before leaving that you will come at 9 to 9.30am earlier the next day before you leave for you. 3) You have proof in whatsap that you inform me after you went out for 3 hours later? 4)Why I do not inform you again on 4th day on the pipe leaking. The answer is fucking simple. I do not want to waste my time with you guys and I get it done ourself. A simple water piping, for the first time didnt get it right , just stick the broken pipe into the connector. 5)We did provide you the material to reduce the cost of getting everything done. You charge us the workmanship of everything just exclude the material cost, please bear that it your mind and you have nothing to lose. We did not force you to pick up the job. Continue to try to deny yourself out, everything was explain in detail and you ask for job.
Really got to think properly before engaging this service provider
Staff were well-trained, punctual and polite.
Chemical washing was swiftly done with minimal fuss.
