Bad Workmanship, Not Punctual, Not Professional

Yes I'm very satisfied with their communication made prior to installing air cond units. I was not at home tht point of time (only my parents), however they ensure to keep me updated on the progress & ask my permission for additional service & gas refill. They did promptly answer me.

They are the worst ever service provider you can get. I engaged them to service my air con and before that they stated they provide 1 month warranty after sales service. I found my air con leaking after they serviced so immediately informed them. However, they kept saying they will come to fix but never turn up even I made 6 days advance appointment with them. At the end, they just not picking calls, ignoring messages and blocked whatsapp message. They promised will refund 50% but it didn't happen.
