Payment method was confusing and unclear. Service provider only accepted cash on delivery despite recommend.my suggesting recommend pay when service was shortlisted on site.

Friendly and polite. Consider quite on time with slight delay. Understand as in KL even weekend. Some time hard to predict the time of arrival.
