After some time of investigation, the service man said it cannot be fixed as the gas has been wrongly filled last time. Please consider that this air con was working fine for last 2 years and we have not re-filled gas since two years ago.
I hired another aircon professional, he came and fixed it within half an hour and the air con is working fine now.

The service is very good, I am satisfied with it.
