Didn't bring equipment to use even when told about it.

Roof repair. They did a good job. But the price is quite high.

I requested quotations for some roof leaks on recommend.my. When Bina Pasifik contacted me, I enquired if it does other renovation works, and the representative said yes. So I asked them to quote for a bigger scope of work, the major part of which was painting the house.
The site visit arrangement was prompt. Site supervisor can be considered quite punctutal (arrived about 5 mins later than appointed time). I would rate his survey and assessment skills as considerably professional.
However, the company's subsequent response leaves much to be desired. When I asked through Whatsapp 3 days after the site visit, the reply was "still in process". I have not heard from them since then. My guess is that they felt the job was not worth their quotation (estimated to be more than RM7,000).
