Overall there were many mistakes that could / should have been avoided which delayed the works. The initial cost was too high and they are definitely not the cheapest. On the other hand, the service itself was very good. They admitted to all mistakes and agreed immediately to correct without extra cost therefore our experience with them is still positive and I would recommend their services to others who are looking to renovate in Malaysia.
