1) I already finished key in and now u asked me to log in and key in again.
2) Dishonest- they lied to our guard that they were sending things as they hope to park inside the apartment.
3) Unprofessional- a) we asked them y the mirror still got a lot of water stains, they said cos we gave them sponge. (Actually we did prepare newspapers for them but they didn’t ask for it) So we asked them what are the practise they clean the mirror, they no feedback. b) We didn’t see they bring any sampah or those HAIRS in the toilet to throw. When I asked them, they told me they already threw in tong sampah and told us that no need to worry they won’t flush it. But we didn’t see they bring anything out from toilet. When we asked them which dustbin they threw, they no feedback.
C) they only cleaned surface as we found there were some dirt under the toilet bowl. We captured and asked they no feedback as well.
3) We are ok to pay the RM 100 for two cleaners to clean the only two toilets! They done it early but I not really feel worth for it as after that I still need to spend my time to clean myself.
