Hello,Ni Hao!

My full name is Lau Wai Luen, or you can call me Ivan ( My nickname ).

I am a 32 years old native Chinese speaker from Petaling Jaya. I can speak different languages including English, Chinese Mandarin, Chinese Cantonese and Malay. I am currently a fulltime freelance teacher teaching Mandarin. I have students from different races including Malay, Indian, and foreigners, either both adults or kids.

For Adults, i can teach both daily conversation or business conversation. For Kids, i can teach both Internation School syllabus and SJKC syllabus as well.

I teach Mandarin in all aspects including listening, speaking, reading & writing.

I studied Teach Mandarin as Foreign Language offered by Beijing Language & Culture University. Teaching Mandarin is my passion , i devoted most of my time in helping my students to learn better and faster, also help them understands Chinese culture so that they can deepen their understanding of the language. Both language and culture are inseparable.

During my spare time, i read a lot and this is the most important habit which keeping me teach better on every lesson.
