First of all , they should have told me the price before starting the work, but they didn't do that. So I was surprised with the high price I paid after they finished the work. Secondly, their work is unorganized or untidy as they put sticky material on my washing-machine . It was better to cover the machine with a cloth or something like this before working.

The guys were well experienced and honest in their job. The fault was pinpointed and they got the spares in the agreed time and it took only 20 minutes to replace the faulty parts and that's is the machine is now working fine. Bravo to Jack and his assistant. A job was well done and appreciated. I will surely recommend him to others.

Quick response, friendly behaviour are the most attractive attribute of the service provider. I m really happy though there is no post-service facility.

Reply very quick on every questions asked and easy to set up an appointment for the repair day.
Their repairmen are professional and done the job very fast and no mess at all. Price are reasonable too.
