i ask them to do aircon service, really ridiculous job they had did it by broke my inner aircon parts and very easily they told me this is very often happens in they service experience. .not professional at all 1st time experiencing this type of service. irresponsible team which came to my house under delta resources company name

The vendor prefers communicate via WhatsApp, the response time slow and we need to follow up instead. On the spot service is good but just disappointed when arranging for service appointment

Never take out the core and wash. Just using water pressure gun to wash.

same mam. for take out the drum service will take more hours, and can't service on the spot. have to bring back to shop to clean as u said and the cost more expensive. this water pressure gun with chemical also can clean 100%. all the dirt and stains take out ady. do let me noe if u see any stains on the clothes or the smelly. tq

They always didn't reply me . From October 2019 already informed my washing machine part broken will find part for me but never update until November 11 only come repair. After that 26Dec I found the washing machine is scary loud so I ask to come inspection coz is still under warranty for the part. They keep delayed until now Feb 2020
