maybe is because of Bed Bugs problem, it might not able to settle it in 1 time and it is using water-based chemicals spay, well you really have a lot cleaning after it.
I asked for post renovation cleaning from DePrima Home Improvements but what i got was general cleaning. 4 cleaners were sent to my house for about 4 hours to do general cleaning!
I was under the impression that they will remove dust/debris/cement stains, glue remnants on windows and etc but they did not do this. When I asked them to remove the glue remnants on the glass, they said they didn't have the equipment to do that.
I checked with their boss the difference between general cleaning and post renovation cleaning and she mentioned its the number of man hours - so if 4 cleaners it means post renovation cleaning.
I did not get what i paid for so I am definitely not happy and will not recommend this company for post renovation cleaning.

Mizs shaminu rushed us to do the job and she called me at 5 sharp to come and pick my staffs as she said she had some other work to do. By that 4 hrs my staffs did as much as they can. Using chemicL wash Generel cleaning doesnt require chemical and many tools
The service is horrible
I came back to my apartment after 2 hours n see every where were so dirty. Only 1 girl working the other 2 girls chatting resting..!!!
N I found out they FORGOT to bring mop, cloth n pail!!!!!
The cleaner does not know the duration of the service. Half an hour after the cleaner left, the manager called to ask the cleaner's working status and whether he could end the service time. I am not sure if it is my responsibility if the cleaner don't go back to the office or they're lost because I think managers should pick them up when they leave my home.
