Our slots get filled early, please contact us at least 1-2 days before our meeting to ensure that we keep that day/time for you. We will meet up with you once to discuss on the requirements, and if you agree to hire us to do the design & consultancy service for your project, we will take a 50% deposit, 40% once 3D visual drawings are done, then the remainder 50% will be paid when we deliver the full set drawings.

(*Please take note that we do not charge for design fees if we're assigned to do the design & built service)
