Detik Indah is a Malay word, meaning ‘precious moments’, and that is exactly what we strive for, to capture anything that is precious to one’s life.

It was the brainchild of its founder and principal photographer, Ridhuan Abu Bakar. What started out as a hobby in 2007, I became more and more passionate about this field, at the time when I was still an interior designer in Kuala Lumpur.

Now, 7 years after taking up photography as a mere hobby, turned out to be my main passion in life. This will be a lifelong journey, one that I do not intend to stop or abandon, and I will make it a life mission to be the best at what I do.
