The service man was 1 hour late and yet unapologetic. He even blamed me for not being understanding. Poor explanation of his inspection/assessment.
Good side:
Picked up my request even in late night, and arranged the support on the next day.
Bad side:
Proceeded the work without my confirmation even I asked to provide estimations in advance. They charged me 200RM for a service called "troubleshooting", and then for a parts 130RM + Gas filling 108RM. I consider this over price. Once I paid through the app as recommended, they threatened me that they are gonna charge me 25% extra because I did not pay directly to them.
the aircon is not working as expected after they left. I will monitor the condition, but will ask for the warranty if the issue is consistent.
it was definitely not a happy experience.
sorry miss .. actually for troubleshoot we have take rm250~rm300 .. and now we just give rm200 , my staff need open all cassing and all board for check exactly ,, and your house need 2 hour something for do it .. about 25% i think my staff wrong said .. because i dont know what happend there , if you pay by recommended or by directly .. its same .. :) all aircond its good condition , and we have all picture .. dont to plot twist ,, if here can attach picture .. we will to put here .. warranty we give for 6 month .. and you can call back if your aircond got problem .. exactly story @ moral of story .. you just want cheap .. if you want cheap .. just said .. actually ,, my charger , verry cheap already .. ^^ ..
and i dont know how many cheap you want .. @@ .. my staff already talk with your agent house .. and all clearly .. nothing to hide .. all questition , my staff already answer 100% ,, and you can whatssap me for my staff coming back for checking back :)
