1) Menu prices are inclusive of a complete set of food warmers and dinnerware (disposables). Cutleries (disposables), napkins & trash bags will also be provided.
2) Minimum order quantity is 50 pax .
3) Order Notice : 2 weeks in advance (subject to availability)
4) Canopy, Tables, Chairs and Waiter quoted separately upon request only.
5) 50% Deposit on total price upon confirmation of order. Balance is to be paid immediately after event/function.
6) All payment by CASH, BANK TRANSFER orCHEQUE only
7) Any changes requested in the confirmed menu less than 36 hours from the function date will not be entertained.
8) Cancellation of order can be accepted with notice of at least 5 working days prior to the function date. An Administrative charge of RM 200.00 or 20 % of the menu price, whichever is higher shall be imposed. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice shall attract 50 % of the menu price as Cancellation Charges.
