Their charges is too expensive. It does not commensurate with the work performed.
Chronology of events :
1) Requested quote on Sun, 4-Sep-22 through Recommended.com platform. Accepted my job request on d same day. Came for site visit on d same day too. Great effort to deliver express service!
2) Checked my washer on-site & gave initial price quote of the problem was due to the main door lock mechanism. They explained that they will come again on Mon, 5-Sep-22 after buying the part from authorized LG supplier around 0930-1000am.
3) Waited on Mon,5-Sep-22 for the technicians to come. They couldn't make it as early as 10am, so they told will be slightly delayed to 1030am. I couldn't wait so let them come while my maid was at home.
4) They installed d new door lock & still couldn't fix d issue. So they needed to perform detailed diagnose with my washer's mainboard & requested to take away my washer to their workshop.
5) I requested address of their workshop & to open a proper job request form. Unfortunately they said they were just freelancers & their workshop was in their residence
5) My maid informed they also flooded my condo unit because accidentally broke the water tap. They were so stupid that they couldn't think to closed off my main water valve under the kitchen sink before moving out my washer.
6) I asked them to clean up the mess, install back my original door lock mechanism & leave my condo unit bcoz I DIDN'T TRUST THIS VENDOR has a proper business outlet and the right repair skills/capabilities.
So sorry for inconvinience service I just wat to reply 1)IF we acciendenly broken the tab then we fix it 2) flood house due to broken tab after that we clear the mess nothing demage in your house and i never charge you about the broken tab. Washing machine i try my best to repair i replace the orignal door lock . Then we know the problem is from the main pcb board . I said i can fix the machine in your location i said give me one week i will settle the machine but if you not not trusted us its not our fault But we always try to give best services to the customer . Our record is in front of you And you said never close the tab before moving washing machine .you also know tab is broken by acciendtly so not the issue tab not closed So sorry if have you have bad experience
Service is good. Just abit late. But still within the acceptable range.
Its not pleasant since they are LATE for 60 minutes without inform in advance. Nearly ask them to go home and never want them to come over as i have errand to run. End of the day get the job done with market average price. Thats all.
Sorry i apologize for late coming 60 mint due to heavy jam and stuck in emergency work .
They were very professional and explanatory with the causes to my situation. They were extremely resourceful and went beyond expected to solve my washing machine issue!

Appreciate if they can inform me earlier if the fan cannot be fix instead of just bringing the replacement fan and replacement it with additional cost.
