I provide personal training and group fitness classes, with the aim of general fitness improvement, weight loss, firming and toning.
My process is simple:
1) Meet up with a prospective client
2) Understand their needs and fitness goals (e.g weight loss, toning, firming, etc)
3) Start off with a trial session to get to know the client's fitness levels and allow the client to understand my style of training
4) Develop a comprehensive and customised training plan that includes workouts and nutrition advice.
5) Get results!
