- made appointment but no courtesy of informing when never turn up, i have to msg him and ask.

when run your own business, first impression is very important and customers comes first no matter what. he failed both, thus definetly will not recommend him for anyone.

Hello,

This was for a client of mine. I'm a decorator.

Day 1.
They were 3 plus hours late from the appointed time (2pm) and had to stop work midway because it was already late and the residents don't allow noise after 7pm. So work had to continue another day (today). The first time they came, not only were they late but were not well equipped with the tools needed. They didn't use a leveller and was not familiar with the Ikea curtain rod system, the installation was badly done (imbalanced) and when I asked them to fix it and even showed how it should be done, they were not happy. I had to do the cleanup myself. I suggested they tape a plastic underneath the holes they drill so the dust doesn't scatter as the house has a newborn baby, but I was ignored. And I had to clean up the dust after them. And although I requested that the previous holes be covered in my request, they said they do not do it.

Day 2
They came better prepared but I had to monitor the whole process to make sure it was done right. The holes were covered and a better, cleaner way was used when drilling. They explained that on the first day they were tired, hungry and they got lost. I understand, that is why I still would recommend them to others despite this unfortunate event.

But I was disappointed because my reputation is on the line. I need more skilled workers for my clients. They were better on the second day but still using guessing method of measuring and levelling.

This is my honest opinion, I'm sure they will improve in the future but I think I would like to hire more skilled and experience workers who are more efficient and experienced.

I requested plumbing service and they request to do it the next day. sounds great to me. At first they ok to come, then 1 hour before the appointment, they said my location too far (i already sent my location on the day before) & they don want to do it. wth! wasted my time & leave. bro, i'm not tauke like u... i need to take leave to do this kind of stuff.
