Areas to improve:
- Could have taken extra precaution to prevent leaking from outer tank onto ceiling or advise to use a bigger container to contain water leakage

Areas of strength:
- Diligent in following up to ensure leak stopped after a day

Sorry about that sir.. let me clear this.. you are request to change your glass door hinge.. the parts cost 135 sir.. and i habe to pay 2 workers.. transport and few other thing.. the ballance is my profit..but wait..what happen if you glass break when we changing it?.. hope you clear sir..
