The drain water still looks clogged and when flushed there was a sound. I kept telling them to check that but they just pour a bucket of water and kept saying it is ok. They may have removed some dirt inside but the problem wasnt solved..i dont know howelse to communicate hence i just paid but not satisfied.

They are dedicated to their job but punctuality isn't their strength. They're from Pakistan (me thinks), so there could be a language barrier.

The entire toilet flush system needed to be replaced. Diagnosis was initially only the main flush. Once that was fixed, it was discovered that the washer and bolts, and the part that prevents overflow also needed to be replaced. It seemed like a major job and the two guys worked tirelessly for almost 3 hours, havi by to go out to buy parts 3 times, to ensure the job was done well. They also cleaned up very well after the job was done. Thank you for your attention to detail and getting the job done well!

They quickly fixed the problem and tidied up the blocked drain so the area looked clean and spotless now. Overall I'm very happy with the result.

Overall they solved the issue but not able to get full story root of problem since it has to be done at the water tank on the hse roof. They cannot speak malay or english. No equipped with own stairs but appreciate their effort to find onebin my neighbourhood. Can improve.
