Responsive and fast

I’ve paid for plumbing service and after their 2 rounds of fixing (yes they came to fix it twice) but the problem still persist. Today I’ve engaged another plumber, he was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed right away. Despite they are not able to solve my problem, I would say they are at least nice people and very polite.
