They were ill equipped I would say, because they didn't even have their own ladder, they had to stand on my toilet to fix the leaking from the upper ceiling.

The plumber did his work very professionally. Good quality work. Reasonable charges. Will recommend his services.

When the workman arrived, he didn’t bring the tools for the job because the company didn’t include relocation of the sink outlet in the quotation. There and then they asked for more fee. I accepted under protest as it was last minute and the poor worker was there already.
The worker didn’t have proper tool to remove silicon on tiled wall. So they had to send another worker to deliver the tools which arrived an hour later.
Unfortunately in the process of removing the kitchen sink, the worker broke 2 tiles on the wall. I had to run around to search for matching tiles myself.
Although Recommend told me the accident would be covered by insurance, the worker’s company wasn’t informed and hence didn’t send a proper tiler to fix the tiles. They got the poor plumber to cut and fix the tiles, which naturally, wasn’t well done.
After 2 weeks, we are still in the process of sorting out the payment and insurance claims but the vendor has been chasing me for payment almost daily and even called me on Sunday after 10pm!
It was an unfortunate bad experience for me. The worker was good, on time, worked fast and diligently, but he didn’t have tools to clean up the mess.

The finishing works especially on the silicone part is not so good & installers need more experience on the fixing ikea items. Overall i am ok with them.

Price extremely expensive considering all ready wiring ,ready platform and etc ,just to install the device only

Very Happy With Ali & Farhan. They came on time. Work completed within 1 hour. I have asked them to fix 2 broken pipes and install a new sink drainer. I bought the sink drainer myself so they need to install it. They bought the pipes and claimed for it. Price is reasonable. Recommended. And I will use them again in the future.
