Not sure the technician has qualification, came only with bag of basic tolls and its not local

The service personnel did his job well in servicing my air-conditioners, especially given that we are currently under the MCO. He was not punctual, though that was (allegedly) due to the numerous roadblocks he had to go through in order to come to my house. So, no complaints about the competency.

What I do have an issue with, though, is his conclusion that I have a 5hp air-conditioner in my bedroom! How? How can I have a 5hp aircon? It didn't even begin to make sense. Additionally, he also said that the air-conditioner in my living room is a 2.5hp one. Again, how?

For what it's worth, both aircons are 2.hp units, one a Daikin and the other a Panasonic. However, because I just wanted the aircon's fixed and serviced, I didn't bother to argue with him or his superior on the phone about the specs of my aircons and simply agreed to pay through my nose.

As such, I think if you were to engage them, you best make sure you know exactly what your aircons are, and to not be too worried about delays (because of the 8pm MCO rules) like I was, and make sure you get the appropriate pricing.
