actually the problem is not what we expected. its bigger. not just the clogged drain but involve the manhole & pipe to the main indah water sewer pipe.

*Said they would come the next day when we asked for same day service. Had to threaten to cancel the job only then did they agree to come. Even so arrived 3 hours later then the time they said they would come.
*They don't tell you what the problem is.
*They don't come equipped with tools like ladders, flashlights etc.
*They were not upfront about the cost.
*Work is messy and left marks on the wall which they did not clean up.

the plumber try to charge me with a ridiculous price RM540 just to unclogged the drain using acid! this is not making any sense. Normally plumber charge me around RM150. The repair is just temporary as the pipeline have to be change with bigger diameter pipe. RM540 charge for temporary repair is not worth it at all. after arguing with the plumber, i pay them RM300. RM300 is also too expensive with this kind of work!
