We utilise our sophisticated high-speed Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine for precise wood-cutting techniques to ensure your project is created in the most cost-efficient manner.

DESIGN
Flatpak’s Design-to-Make studio offers design consultancy, prototyping and product development, leveraging our diverse knowledge and experience in architectural design to meet client’s expectations within time and budget with superior quality. We deliver design solutions with creative approach that brings a unique identity for each project.

CNC ROUTER CUTTING
Our high-speed CNC 3-axis machinery ensures highly accurate cutting of components. We work to a high precision to guarantee a consistent, excellent cut and a fine finish on all jobs. Our CNC machine machine cuts up to 1220mm (w) x 2440mm (L) x 30mm (t) boards. The size of this CNC machine provides unlimited possibilities for clients requiring large models or prototypes.

FINISHING
We work with our clients to select the right stain, paint and finish that best compliments with your product. We concentrate on maintaining the highest level of standard with all of our wood finishing services and deliver that quality to our client.

INSTALLATION
We work with our business partners for installation to handle product components and make sure all components come together as what our clients expected
